Why get DOT Physical here?

Dr. Bae is NRCME Certified and registered to perform DOT Physical examinations that meet the requirements of the FMCSA Department of Transportation (DOT) and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for commercial drivers.

 

You don’t need an appointment, just call the office to confirm that certified DOT Physical examiner can see you at your convenience.

 

NEW CMSA 5875 & 5876 forms are available at the clinic so just come in with your picture ID and current certification with any exemption(s).

 

The time to complete your DOT Physical is between 15-20 minutes. The urine testing performed during DOT Physical is to check the level of your sugar, protein, and signs of infection.

Is there anything I can do to help make sure my blood pressure isn’t too high?

Make sure you don’t drink caffeine the day of your test.  Avoid stress the day before and the morning of the exam.

These are a couple of things that may artificially raise blood pressure temporarily and they can be easily avoided.
